Apple and Google is not sponsoring any competition, nor is it involved in the voting or awarding mechanisms.
The use of Apple's and Google's platform by Pixat does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation regarding the competition or its outcomes. All related responsibilities and processes are managed solely by the competition creator.
Award Issuance
If a participant wins a contest or promotion, they must provide accurate payment information.
Once the information is verified, the award will be issued within three (3) working days (Sunday to Thursday).
Delays
Pixat is not responsible for any delays in award issuance caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, bank holidays, or actions by financial institutions beyond Pixat’s control.
Voting Mechanism
Weighted Voting: Votes may carry different weights based on the voter’s role (e.g., competition owner, registered user, guest user).
Adaptive Voting: Internal algorithms may increase the voting weight for “good voters,” although increased weight is not guaranteed.
Fairness and Anti-Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the voting process (such as using bots or creating multiple accounts) may lead to disqualification. Pixat reserves the right to remove suspicious votes and investigate allegations of manipulation.
Finality: Voting results are final and binding, with no user appeals permitted.
